Return Policy

Dsm Electro Return Policy

At DSm Online, we strive to provide high-quality electronic components to our customers. To ensure clarity, please review our return policy below:

  1. No Payment Refunds
    We do not provide refunds for any payments made. Once a purchase is completed, the payment is considered final.

  2. Product Exchange
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. While unboxing kindly make video at a time.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for any exchange.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
    • Items that have been customized or altered.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

  5. Processing Time
    Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. The exchange process typically takes 5-7 business days from the time we receive the returned item


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. For remote locations, delivery timelines may vary. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹1,000.
  • Free Shipping: For orders above ₹1,000.
  • Additional charges may apply for bulk or oversized items.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–3 business days at an additional cost.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.


5. Packaging

We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please report it to us immediately.


6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
